Because all Pet Portraits House products are custom-made, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
All products sold by Pet Portraits House are custom-made to order.
For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, including (but not limited to):
- Dissatisfaction with the artistic style
- Claims that the artwork does not look like the pet
- Change of mind after ordering
- Failure to respond during the preview or revision process
Artwork Previews & Revisions
- A digital preview is typically provided within 3–5 business days
- Customers may request up to three (3) free revisions
- Additional revisions may require an additional fee
Once the artwork is approved, no further changes can be made.
Auto-Approval & Non-Responsive Orders
After a preview is delivered, customers are given a limited time to request revisions, as shown on the website.
If no response is received within that timeframe, the artwork is automatically approved and will move forward to production.
In some cases, we may proceed with fulfillment if a customer:
- Does not respond to messages or revision requests
- Provides unclear or conflicting feedback
- Is unable or unwilling to collaborate during the revision process
In these situations, the most recent version of the artwork may be considered approved and the order may be completed and shipped.
Shipping
Production & Fulfillment
- Physical products are produced after artwork approval (manual or automatic)
- Orders are typically prepared for shipment within up to 3 business days after approval
- We ship within the United States only
Shipping Times
- Shipping times vary by carrier and destination
- All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control
Delivery & Responsibility
- Carrier delivery confirmation serves as proof of delivery
- Once marked as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Verified issues may be corrected at our discretion.
